We had a great stay! Best aspects were the clean hotel facilities, convenient parking, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. We followed their recommendations for local walks, restaurants, and nearby cities to visit, and it was all worth it. The location was also great for exploring the surrounding area.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location close to several attractions and restaurants, and the host provided helpful recommendations for activities and dining. the breakfast was very good, and there was a local wine shop nearby that we enjoyed visiting.
The hotel was outdated and in need of some renovations. the rooms were not very comfortable, and we had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the street.

A wonderful place for families to stay! the host's recommendations for walks and restaurants were a great help! We were able to visit many impressive basilicas and other interesting places around the area, and the nearby local wine shop was excellent. the breakfast was very good and the service top-notch. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom looked new. There were many facilities to enjoy such as a swimming pool and garden.
It would have been great to have more information about the surrounding area in the room.

We enjoyed the nearby attractions, including impressive basilicas in the surrounding areas. The host's recommendations for walks and restaurants were also very helpful. We couldn't miss the opportunity of visiting the marvelous location of Grado upon his suggestion, and we were not disappointed! The breakfast was a highlight, as it offered excellent quality and a great variety of delicious items. nearby, we discovered an excellent wine shop, a gem we wouldn't have known about without the host's advice.
There were no negative aspects to this stay that I can pinpoint. We had a lovely time, and we cannot wait to return.
